Insystech integrates eLockDoc to TEAMS

Insystech signs a Value-Added-Reseller (VAR) agreement with eLockDoc to offer eForms in TEAMS.
Through this agreement, Insystech has received training and designed, developed and deployed a wide variety of electronic forms in TEAMS. And it has gained experience to offer the eLockDoc platform to other customers.

TEAMS includes a robust electronic forms engine that is used to deliver a wide range of forms such as employee evaluations, discipline reporting, safety inspections and more. Forms in TEAMS have consistent user interface making it easy for anyone to use both from a web browser and mobile device. While easy to use, the forms engine includes enterprise features making it capable of handling even the most complex form such as electronic signatures, workflows, version control, auditing and integration with application data.

With TEAMS, schools can use electronic forms to replace labor intensive processes such as student registration or fee collection. Forms can be embedded on public websites or secured within TEAMS with role-based access that allows users to complete forms, process and classify completed forms, and access reports.
