Government agencies are also utilizing data warehouse, decision support systems to better serve the public and to comply with regulations. Insystech has designed and developed a data warehouse for the Health and Human Services Arena. This data warehouse gathers information pertaining to Child Support Enforcement (CSE), to help simplify and expedite collection of Child Support. Information is gathered from local courts and other agencies to execute collection campaigns, early intervention programs, amnesty programs etc., to ensure that maximum CSE dollars are collected in the most optimum manner.
